Welcome to the NDC Scorecard for Sustainable Buildings

In 2025, we have an opportunity to influence the built environment commitments in the NDC 3.0 update cycle.

The NDC Scorecard is a practical tool that will allow policymakers, Green Building Councils (GBCs) and key stakeholders to assess their country’s NDCs (Nationally Determined Contributions – or climate action plans) against international best practice for sustainable built environment policies. This analysis reveals NDC and national policy gaps and identifies targeted priority actions which are needed to increase their ambition and effectiveness.

Who can create a login?

Government representatives and GBCs may set-up an official account for their country. Multiple users within each official account can be created, just select your relevant country.

All other users can access the full NDC Scorecard functionalities without a country assignment. Please use ‘Non-country’ in the country option.
